Campaign automation at SAME SF

AMR AI

Predicting antimicrobial resistance

I moved from using AI for strategy to building AI products at enterprise scale. I built a GPT-powered tool that turned my competitor research from weeks to 48 hours, demonstrating practical AI value that colleagues adopted. Outside of work, I built an automation system for SAME SF (Society of American Military Engineers San Francisco) that cut campaign cycles by 60%. Across both, the focus is the same: applying AI to compress timelines and free up expert time.

These successes prepared me for healthcare's hardest problems. At Beckman Coulter, I explored AI/ML applications in rapid diagnostics and genomics to predict antimicrobial resistance patterns, translating complex ML concepts into actionable product requirements. When infection spreads by the hour, these projects aimed to support empiric therapy decisions and strengthen antimicrobial stewardship programs through data-driven insights.

Technology is the future of healthcare, and AI has matured to the point where it's ready for practical application. I cannot hold that belief and not act on it.

Now at Danaher, I'm scaling this expertise to enterprise AI product development. I own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, turning complex business problems into shipped AI-powered products with quantifiable productivity gains. I'm building technical depth in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, and MLOps while delivering production-ready AI features across Danaher's life sciences and diagnostics portfolio.

See my hands-on AI implementations including a production RAG system powering this portfolio, an interactive embedding visualizer, and more in the AI Lab.

How I build products that work in healthcare.

How I Work

01

Clinical-to-Product Advantage

5+ years at UCSF taught me healthcare workflows from the inside. I build products doctors actually use because I understand their reality, not just their requirements.

Example: At Sutter Health, this insight helped me save doctors 7-10 minutes per visit with color-coded critical data for focused patient conversations.

02

Execution Under Pressure

I align cross-functional teams and deliver FDA-compliant solutions on aggressive timelines. I turn regulatory compliance into competitive advantage.

Example: At Beckman Coulter, I aligned 15+ stakeholders across R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver cybersecurity solutions 2 months early, protecting significant DoD revenue and exceeding annual targets.
